A leading global consulting firm is seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Consultant to join a top‑tier professional team and lead strategic projects for market‑leading companies. This is a dynamic, high‑impact role that blends strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
What the role includes:
- Leading compensation and benefits projects for large organizations
- Working closely with senior executives, VPs, CEOs, and board members
- Presenting insights and recommendations at the highest organizational level
- Collaborating with a professional, high-quality team
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
- Proven background in high-tech or global companies - Must
- Full proficiency in Hebrew and English - verbal, written, and presentation
- Advanced Excel skills
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours
- Previous consulting or project management experience - a strong advantage
Location: Central Tel Aviv | Hybrid – 1 day from home
