Operations & Production Manager for a Military Manufacturing Site

A leading defense company specializing in power supplies and communication systems for military, aerospace, and space applications is looking for an experienced Production Manager.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Full responsibility for managing production departments, warehouse, planning & control (PPC), and production quality.
• Planning and executing production processes in accordance with customer orders and company timelines.
• Ensuring smooth coordination across production departments and meeting delivery deadlines.
• Driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency across all functions.
• Ensuring compliance with IPC610/620 and AS9100 quality standards.
• Leading root cause investigations, quality issue resolution, and implementation of corrective actions.
• Overseeing warehouse operations, stock availability, and inventory accuracy while maintaining organization and efficiency.
• Defining inventory policies and optimizing inventory management processes.
• Developing, training, and retaining production staff.
• Setting goals for department managers and employees and monitoring performance.
• Collaborating with other company departments to synchronize processes and maximize overall efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing large teams (dozens of employees) – a must.
• Relevant academic degree – Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related – mandatory.
• At least 10 years of managerial experience in operations, including warehouse, production, PPC, and quality management – mandatory.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing – strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience with Priority ERP system – mandatory.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience in data reporting and KPI tracking.
• High-level leadership skills and a hands-on approach.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• High level of English – required.
