Software Team Leader

Join a fast-growing medical device company and take the lead in developing next-generation systems that make a real impact on patients’ lives. As a Software Team Leader, you’ll manage a talented, international development team and oversee full-cycle software delivery — from requirements to deployment — for innovative products in the fluid management domain.

You'll take ownership of C++ development in a Linux/Yocto environment, lead Agile processes, and collaborate closely with hardware teams to build complex embedded solutions that meet strict regulatory standards.

What you’ll do:

✅ Lead and mentor a team of software engineers

✅ Own architecture and development of embedded C++ systems

✅ Guide Agile workflows, CI/CD, and integration processes

✅ Ensure high-quality delivery and compliance with medical standards

What we’re looking for:

✔ 3+ years in a team lead role

✔ Strong C++ in Linux (embedded/user space)

✔ Experience with Agile, design patterns, system architecture, CI/CD

✔ Advantage: Embedded Linux (Yocto), USB, Qt, UML

✔ B.Sc in Computer Science or similar

✔ Background in medical/regulated environments – a big plus
