Operations & Analytics Specialist – Performance Marketing

Are you data-driven, detail-oriented, and fluent in tracking and reporting? Join our performance marketing team to help optimize campaigns, build insights, and support client operations at scale.

• Monitor and optimize campaign performance across multiple traffic sources
• Set up and QA tracking flows using platforms like Voluum, Everflow, or similar
• Write and maintain complex SQL queries to analyze traffic, performance, and trends
• Build automated reports and dashboards for internal teams and external partners
• Identify and troubleshoot tracking issues, discrepancies, and redirect logic
• Support client onboarding, campaign setup, and day-to-day operations
• Work cross-functionally with product, tech, and media buying teams

• Strong SQL skills – daily usage for performance analysis and reporting
• 2+ years in performance marketing, AdTech, or campaign operations
• Hands-on experience with tracking platforms (e.g. Voluum, Everflow, HasOffers)
• Solid understanding of tracking flows: postbacks, UTMs, click IDs, redirects
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Analytical and technically oriented mindset
