Order Management Specialist

Description

We are looking for an Order Management Specialist to join our Finance team!

A great chance to enter the world of order management and gain experience working in a global environment.

In this role, you’ll support the end-to-end order process from receiving customer orders to ensuring accurate and timely handling in our systems. You’ll work closely with teams across Sales and report to the Order Management Team Leader (EMEA & APAC).

Location: Kfar Saba, Hybrid

Main responsibilities:

• Enter and manage customer orders in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal processes
• Monitor order status and coordinate with internal teams to support timely delivery
• Maintain accurate order records and support reporting and tracking activities
• Collaborate with global teams to help align sales and operations processes
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Information Systems, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in Order Management and/or Sales Operations positions
• High proficiency in English – both written and spoken
• Strong Excel skills – a must
• A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proactive, eager to learn, and results-driven
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, follow-up, and time management skills
• Experience with Priority ERP or Salesforce – a plus
