Production Line Manager for a global electronics startup- 3391

An AgTech startup located in the Sharon region is looking for a Production Manager (reporting to CTO)

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the production system for all company products, including annual, monthly, weekly, and daily planning, execution, and control
• Managing the production team – training, mentoring, onboarding, and certifying employees
• Meeting production, quality, and scheduling targets while optimizing resource utilization
• Streamlining and implementing production processes (planning and scheduling)
• Ensuring product quality and compliance with safety procedures and quality standards
• Managing inventory and raw materials to ensure ongoing availability and smooth operations
• Collaborating and coordinating with all company departments
• Troubleshooting and providing quick responses to production issues in real time

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in production management, preferably in a technology company
• Experience in managing teams and motivating them to meet goals
• Understanding of production processes and internal/external interfaces for multidisciplinary products
• Familiarity with ERP systems – an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure, solve problems in real time, and meet deadlines
• Systemic thinking and ability to work with multiple interfaces
• Full proficiency in Hebrew and English – reading, writing, and speaking
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
