This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Hadera. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, which includes sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The role involves implementing effective employer branding strategies to attract top talent and working closely with hiring managers to meet the company's recruitment needs. Additionally, the specialist will be responsible for maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
• Strong skills in Interviewing and Hiring candidates
• Experience with Employer Branding strategies and techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Hadera
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
