Are you an Excel expert, analytical by nature, and excited about building compensation models and simulations?

We’re looking for a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join a leading global consulting firm in delivering strategic, data-driven solutions to Israel’s leading companies.

Role Overview:

• Build and maintain complex models, formulas, and simulations in the compensation & benefits space
• Provide analytical support for client projects and executive deliverables
• Analyze compensation data and translate findings into actionable insights
• Collaborate with internal team members and maintain strong working relationships with clients
• Support ongoing project needs in a fast-paced, high-impact environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a Compensation & Benefits Analyst role or similar analytical position
• Advanced Excel skills – including complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and simulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
• High proficiency in English – written and spoken
