The opportunity

The Product Marketing Manager will initiate and carry out marketing and product marketing plans and tasks to support our products’ go to market needs and make sure that all of our products are visible, understood, and adopted by Unity clients and prospects.

This includes creation and execution of marketing plans, sales collateral and sales enablement tools, and working with cross-functional marketing teams to deliver marketing programs like events, content marketing, digital marketing campaigns, marketing collateral and sales enablement, email marketing, and web content.

You will be working closely with product owners and understanding the business needs, and challenges as well as product roadmaps.

Join the Ads product marketing team within the Unity Grow marketing organization, with exposure to a wide range of products used by the world’s leading game studios and app-based businesses.

What You'll Be Doing

Work closely with product managers, sales teams, and business teams.
Learn the product’s strategy, get to know its customers and user personas, and develop the tools and campaigns that the company will use to introduce and sell this product to the market.
Create marketing plans for specific user segments and products.
Be the focal point for all marketing aspects of the product.
Understand the broader strategy of the company and the impact it has on our product marketing efforts.

What We're Looking For

Experienced and passionate hands-on Marketer or product marketer (Minimum 3-5 years of proven professional experience, preferably from global companies and fast paced environments).
Well organized with great project management skills, and quick learning capabilities.
Talented storyteller who understands product and can break down complicated concepts into concise, engaging messaging and content.
Collaborative, natural team player who likes to get things done.
Critical thinker with an eye for detail and an awareness of the big picture
