Production Manager

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead the production lines at our Israel site, offering a unique opportunity to join a global company specializing in the development and manufacturing of power supply and communication systems for the defense industry.

Job Description:

• Full responsibility for managing the production lines at the company’s site in Israel.

• Day-to-day management of approximately 100 production employees and team leaders.

• Meeting key operational KPIs such as: adherence to production plans, OTD (on-time delivery), manufacturing and product quality, and labor hour standards.

• Continuous drive for process and performance improvement.

• Responsibility for compliance with safety requirements, procedures, regulations, and work instructions.

• Management of production resources - implementation and ongoing maintenance of production equipment.

• Providing ongoing solutions for load balancing within the production department.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Engineering / Practical Engineer in Industrial Engineering or Electronics - mandatory.

• At least 7 years of proven experience managing a production department with 40+ employees, including production teams and team leaders - mandatory (experience in the electronics industry is an advantage).

• Familiarity with products, technologies, and workflows in PCB manufacturing - an advantage.

• Knowledge of relevant manufacturing technologies.

• Proven track record in leading quality improvement and efficiency initiatives.

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

• Decision-making ability under pressure and uncertainty.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to mentor and professionally guide team members.

• High service orientation.

• Proficiency in Office tools (Excel); experience with ERP systems - Priority is an advantage.

• אחריות כוללת לניהול קווי הייצור באתר החברה בישראל.
• ניהול שוטף של קרוב ל100 עובדי ומנהלי ייצור.
• עמידה במדדים תפעוליים בייצור כגון: עמידה בתוכניות ייצור, עמידה במועדי אספקה OTD, עמידה באיכות תהליכי הייצור והמוצרים, עמידה בתקני זמן.
• חתירה מתמדת לשיפור וייעול תהליכים וביצועים.
• אחריות לעמידה בדרישות הבטיחות, הנהלים, התקנות והוראות העבודה.
• אחריות על משאבי הייצור במחלקה - הטמעת מתקני ייצור ותחזוקה שוטפת.
• מתן מענה בשוטף לאיזון עומסים במחלקת הייצור.

דרישות התפקיד:

• תואר ראשון בהנדסה/ הנדסאי/ת תעשיה וניהול או אלקטרוניקה - חובה.
• לפחות 7 שנות ניסיון בניהול מחלקת ייצור המונה מעל 40 עובדים, כולל ניהול ישיר של עובדי ייצור ומנהלי צוותים - חובה (יתרון לניסיון בתעשיית האלקטרוניקה).
• היכרות עם מוצרים, טכנולוגיות ותהליכי עבודה בייצור מעגלים אלקטרונים - יתרון.
• היכרות עם טכנולוגיות ייצור רלוונטיות לתחום.
• הובלת תהליכי שיפור איכות והתייעלות.
