Key Responsibilities

• Lead Planning Operations Oversee demand, supply, inventory, and production planning processes to ensure alignment with business objectives, capacity, and inventory strategies.
• Team Management Manage and develop a team of planners in a hybrid work environment, ensuring productivity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Analytics and Forecasting Utilize advanced analytical tools to interpret data and generate actionable forecasts, identify trends, and improve accuracy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Sales, Produce Management, QA, NPI, R&D and Finance to align plans with business needs and ensure smooth execution.
• 3rd-Party Coordination Manage daily planning activities involving subcontractors and distribution centers to ensure on-time delivery and SLA compliance.
• Process Optimization Implement and continuously improve planning tools, group’s KPIs, and processes to increase efficiency and optimize inventory levels.
• Risk Management Proactively identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies to support business continuity and agility.
  
  

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field. Advanced degree (MBA or MSc) is a plus.
• 6+ years of experience in supply chain or production planning.
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role, including hybrid/remote team leadership.
• Experience in the electronics or high-tech manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
• Proven track record managing external suppliers and contract manufacturers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• High execution drive and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High proficiency in Excel and in planning tools (e.g., SAP, Jira – an advantage).
• Proficiency in English.
