VP of Engineering in the Construction Industry JB-4102

A leading company specializing in advanced construction of public buildings, private homes and the execution of complex projects in the construction industry is looking for a VP of Engineering to manage all planning and execution processes for projects, from the planning stage to the completion of the project.

Job Description:

Lead and manage the planning and engineering department throughout the life of the project.

Planning the project execution stages, including preparing a Gantt plan.

Coordinate work with consultants, planners and the work client.

Manage licensing procedures with authorities and professional bodies.

Budgetary control and project flow management while meeting quality and time goals.

Supervising execution, preventing defects, resolving problems that arise from the field, compliance with plans and specifications.

Preparing accounts and estimates, analyzing quantities, managing contractors throughout the life of the project, examining and improving work methods to streamline processes."

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering - required, Master's degree - an advantage.

At least 5 years of experience in managing the planning and execution of construction projects - required.

Skills in management, leading and motivating teams in a dynamic and challenging environment.

High interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of interfaces

Systemic vision along with attention to small details.

Full control of Excel, Dekel/Ramdor software - required.

Experience working with the Priority system - an advantage
