The Control-M product line is BMC’s orchestration and automation platform. It helps the world's largest companies to automate time-sensitive, business-critical workflows. BMC is looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join our experienced web development team.

In this role, you’ll be a part of a Frontend team responsible for the Planning aspect of Control-M, where customers can create definitions, as well as set and edit the workflow.

Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success:

• Be an important contributor in an agile web development team, using the latest web technologies to develop the new front end for enterprise software that is mission-critical with thousands of customers around the world.
• Design and develop features for an industry-leading SaaS Workload Automation product using modern front-end technologies.
• Work in an Agile methodology within a Scrum team to meet deadlines and produce high-quality features.
• Develop unit tests and E2E automation tests for each feature.
• Collaborate with other teams to develop joint features together (Including UX and QA teams).
• Initiate projects and ideas to improve the team’s results.
• On-board and mentor new employees.
• Provide high-quality support to our customers.

To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

• 7+ years of experience as a Frontend Developer – must
• Experience in Angular 14+
• Experience working in a product-based company, developing a complex product used by large enterprise customers
• Experience in writing unit tests and E2E automation tests using a familiar framework (Playwright for example)
• Self-learner who’s passionate about innovation.
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Whilst these are nice to have, our team can help you develop in the following skills:

• Experience in working with NX monorepo
• Familiarity\Experience working with AI Agents (Github Copilot, Claude Code etc.)
• Knowledge in Java
