Quality Assurance Team Lead

One of our clients, a fast-growing tech company specializing in AI-driven pricing and revenue optimization solutions for retailers and e-commerce businesses, is looking to hire a QA Team Lead. The company develops a smart platform that enables clients to optimize their pricing strategies in real-time, utilizing advanced data and automation tools.

This role is ideal for a QA professional with strong automation experience who can lead QA efforts across R&D, define scalable processes, and take part in both manual and automated testing. You’ll lead the QA strategy while staying hands-on and working closely with developers and product managers.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain automated tests using SaaS-based tools (e.g., TestIO), focusing on comprehensive coverage of UI and API flows.
• Evaluate and implement testing tools suited to the platform’s scale and architecture.
• Perform manual testing where automation isn’t applicable.
• Define QA best practices and scale the infrastructure for consistent testing across teams.
• Collaborate with R&D and product to embed QA in the development lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Proven QA experience with a strong focus on automation and infrastructure.
• Experience defining QA processes and building frameworks from scratch.
• Hands-on with SQL and REST API testing (Postman or similar).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tool integration.
• Hands-on experience building automation frameworks from scratch, especially using SaaS platforms like Test IO.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or related field. an advantage.
• Background in economics – an advantage.
