Digital Marketing Growth Manager

We’re growing fast, with a strong eCommerce presence and exciting collaborations on the horizon. We're now looking for a Digital Marketing Growth Manager to help supercharge that growth.

This is a hands-on role where you'll lead performance across paid media, lifecycle marketing, CRO, and creative testing. From day one, you'll be trusted to test, learn, and drive measurable results. If you're curious, scrappy, and love wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving environment — this could be your next big move.

Note: This is a full-time, on-site position. Our office in Rinatya is a special place — collaborative, energized, and yes, very well-fed thanks to our in-house cook. It’s where work and play meet, and time never stands still.

What You’ll Do:

Manage and scale paid acquisition across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more

Lead lifecycle marketing (email, SMS, retargeting) to improve engagement and retention

Optimize landing pages and eComm flows with CRO best practices (A/B testing, UX audits, personalization)

Collaborate with design/content to produce high-performing creative for paid and owned media

Analyze performance and run data-driven experiments to improve key metrics

What You Bring:

2+ years in growth, demand gen, or performance marketing (DTC/eComm a plus)

Expertise in Meta Ads Manager — audience targeting, creative testing, pacing

Skilled in GA4, Excel/Sheets, and dashboard reporting

Analytical and action-oriented — you turn insights into results

Self-starter with a bias for action and problem-solving

Team player who thrives in a fast, collaborative environment

Bonus: Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Triple Whale, or similar tool.
