Full Stack Developer - Future Application

We need a seasoned full‑stack engineer (6+ years) who can ship production‑grade web

applications today and grow into the Team Lead for our application layer tomorrow. You’ll

design the client‑side architecture, wire it to rich data APIs, and set the coding standards that

future hires will follow.

Key Responsibilities

● Green‑field app delivery – Build data‑driven web & mobile‑friendly apps on top of our

core platform.

● Front‑end architecture – Choose frameworks, enforce component structure, and

optimize performance & DX.

● Back‑end integration – Craft REST/gRPC/GraphQL endpoints (Python, Java) and stitch

them into the UI.

● Code quality leadership – Establish testing, linting, and CI norms; review PRs and

mentor juniors.

● Future team lead – Hire, onboard, and manage the application team once the company

scales.

Must‑Have Qualifications

Skill What We Expect

Experience 6+ years full‑stack development in product environments.

JavaScript/TypeScript Expert with React (or equivalent), modern ES/TS, and state‑management patterns.

Python & Java Comfortable writing scalable services and data pipelines.

Architecture Proven record designing client layers that scale (code‑splitting,SSR, micro‑frontends optional).

Testing & CI/CD Jest/Playwright, GitHub Actions or similar; strong grasp of version control best practices.

Containerization Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes deployments in production.

Leadership Potential Mentored devs, led small projects, eager to step into formal management.
