Quality Control Manager

Join our leadership team and take ownership of the Quality Inspection, Laboratories, and Quality Management System for a leading engineering company, working in compliance with the highest regulatory and ASME standards.

In this role you will:

• Lead and enhance quality policies, procedures, and processes in line with regulatory requirements and ASME standards.
• Guide and oversee quality inspectors in production, warehouses, and subcontractor sites.
• Develop quality reporting and analysis systems, and prepare periodic reports.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, procurement, production, and project management teams.
• Manage a mechanical and metallurgical testing laboratory and approve products according to engineering standards.

What do you have to bring with you:

• B.Sc. in Materials Engineering (M.Sc. – advantage).
• Experience with ASME Section VIII Div. 1 and Section I – strong advantage.
• 5+ years in quality management for complex engineering systems, preferably in energy/construction.
• Proven team leadership and continuous improvement mindset. Metallurgical experience – an advantage.
