Release Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Release Manager to join a dynamic technology division. This role is critical in managing and streamlining production release processes across development, QA, and infrastructure teams, ensuring coordination, stability, and maximum availability of enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate release-to-production activities across infrastructure and development teams
• Ensure smooth and well-documented approval flows across multiple interfaces
• Collaborate closely with DevOps, Development, QA, Infrastructure, and System Engineering teams
• Design, implement, and maintain release and change management processes (ITSM, Change Management)
• Monitor production incidents, lead post-mortems, and drive improvements to system availability
• Translate technical issues and changes into business impact and communicate effectively across units

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an enterprise environment
• Strong hands-on experience with Change Management practices and tools
• Proficiency in Jira, ServiceNow, or BMC – beyond basic user level
• Solid understanding of complex technological environments
• Experience in defining and implementing operational tools and methodologies
• Proven ability to track and investigate production issues, including RCA and solution ownership
• Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure components (servers, networking, security, etc.)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work across multiple technical and business interfaces
