Vice President of Products

VP of Product – Identity | Remote (Israel-Based)

Our client, a fast-growing startup in the identity and access management space, is seeking a Vice President of Product to lead their product strategy and execution. This is a fully remote position, open to candidates based in Israel.

As VP of Product, you will own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery process. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure the product meets customer needs and aligns with go-to-market strategy. This is a critical leadership role with high visibility and direct impact on the company’s growth and success.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in product leadership within B2B SaaS, deep understanding of the identity or cybersecurity landscape, and proven experience building and scaling products in startup environments. Experience working closely with go-to-market teams is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and long-term strategy
• Lead roadmap planning, product development, and cross-functional alignment
• Partner with customers and internal teams to gather feedback and shape product direction
• Drive execution across multiple teams to deliver high-impact features and improvements
• Collaborate with GTM teams to support launches, enablement, and market positioning

Requirements:

• 8+ years in product management with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven success building and scaling SaaS products, ideally in identity or security
• Strong experience in startups or fast-paced product-led environments
• Deep understanding of GTM strategy and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
