We are currently looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to join one of our major enterprise projects. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing advanced Salesforce solutions in a complex and dynamic multi-system environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Architect and design customized Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs
• Lead implementation and development processes using Lightning Components, Apex, Visualforce, Flows, and Salesforce APIs
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and business analysts to ensure high-quality delivery
• Provide strategic and technical guidance to project teams and stakeholders
• Mentor junior Salesforce team members
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements based on the latest Salesforce technologies
• Oversee testing, documentation, and adherence to best practices and security standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce implementation and architecture
• Proven knowledge of Salesforce data architecture, permissions model, Flows, Dashboards, Validations, and Approval Processes
• Salesforce Administrator certification – mandatory
• Additional Salesforce certifications – a strong advantage
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and API integrations
• Project management and business process implementation experience – advantage
• Familiarity with sales, marketing, or service operations – advantage

• Strong analytical and system-thinking abilities
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• High level of service orientation and interpersonal skills
• Capable of managing multiple high-priority tasks in parallel
