Head of Compliance

We’re now looking for a highly skilled Head of Compliance to join us in this mission. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, you’ll oversee global compliance—including ABC, international trade, cybersecurity, data privacy, and especially AI. As regulations rapidly evolve, you’ll have a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI law in Israel and beyond.

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the company’s global compliance strategy.
• Build and implement scalable compliance programs across jurisdictions.
• Navigate legal risk in rapidly evolving areas like AI, privacy, and cybersecurity.
• Collaborate with leadership and other key stakeholders to align compliance with company growth goals.
• Update management and the company’s board of directors on the company’s progress in meeting its compliance goals.
  
  

• At least 8 years of experience in compliance (any specialization considered - tech is a plus).
• 4+ years at a top-tier commercial law firm (preference for leading U.S.-based firms or equivalents).
• Entrepreneurial legal approach, strategic thinking and strong planning and execution skills.
• Proven track record of successfully leading people and complex processes in a dynamic business environment.
• A brilliant, creative, and adaptable legal mind.
• Experience in a senior compliance role at a tech company is a plus, but not required. Partners or exceptional senior associates from top law firms are highly encouraged to apply.
