AI Program Manager/Tech Lead for a Leading global company! 5250

We’re looking for a passionate and highly organized AI Program Manager / Tech Lead to lead and coordinate internal AI initiatives across the organization. This is not a product role, but rather a strategic and hands-on position focused on driving real AI impact within internal business operations.

In this pivotal role, you’ll be the central hub for all internal AI activities—bridging business and IT, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and delivering measurable outcomes. You’ll actively shape, implement, and scale AI solutions using tools like Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, n8n, and others.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the internal AI Program Office and manage the portfolio of AI initiatives
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and AI-driven solutions
• Act as a strategic liaison between business units and IT teams
• Track progress, identify risks, and communicate updates to senior leadership
• Establish and manage AI governance frameworks, KPIs, and best practices
• Facilitate steering committees and executive decision-making processes
• Stay up to date with AI trends and translate them into actionable opportunities
• Support ideation, prototyping, and deployment of AI agents and copilots
• Collaborate with data and engineering teams to ensure readiness and integration

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in program or project management in AI, data, or digital domains – must
• Hands-on experience building AI agents/copilots – must
• Experience with tools like Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, n8n, or similar platforms
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and enterprise use cases
• Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Tech-savvy, innovation-driven, and deeply passionate about the impact of AI
