Mobile Engineer

🚀 We're hiring a Mobile Team Lead – iOS & Android

We’re looking for an experienced Mobile Team Lead to join a growing team developing cutting-edge banking applications. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with managing two development teams: a business team focused on delivering advanced mobile banking features, and a CORE team building infrastructure and cross-platform solutions.

You’ll drive the technological roadmap, ensure code quality and performance, and collaborate with multiple development groups across the organization to deliver impactful, large-scale products.

Responsibilities:

• Lead two mobile development teams (business and CORE) while mentoring and guiding developers
• Define and execute the technological roadmap for iOS and Android platforms
• Establish coding standards, methodologies, and best practices across platforms
• Stay hands-on with Swift and Kotlin when needed, conducting design reviews, code reviews, and performance tuning
• Ensure CI/CD processes, modularity, and Clean Code principles are implemented and maintained
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to make key technical decisions and drive delivery

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience managing and leading multiple development teams
• 7+ years of experience developing mobile applications for iOS and/or Android
• Proven expertise in the full mobile app lifecycle, including design, deployment, and app store management
• Experience with SwiftUI and/or Compose, KMP, and modern design patterns (MVVM, VIPER, Clean Architecture)
• Hands-on experience with SPM, third-party libraries, and open-source tools
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
• Experience with performance profiling and analytics tools such as Firebase
