Junior Project Manager

As a Junior Project Manager within our Global Supply Chain team, you’ll play a unique role managing two key areas: IT support and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives.

This cross-functional position involves close collaboration with internal managers, external vendors, and global customers — leading projects from concept to execution while delivering high-quality outcomes on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement ESG strategy with vendors, aligned with the company’s sustainability goals
• Define, track, and meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Take full ownership of projects and tasks, ensuring deadlines are met
• Analyze business needs, define IT solutions, learn new tools, and lead implementations across the supply chain
  
  

• Practical Engineer or B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering, Science, or Information Systems
• Advantage: Basic knowledge of hardware architecture (routers, servers, security & communication appliances)
• Fast learner with the ability to multitask and work independently
• Comfortable working under pressure and with flexible hours when needed
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high motivation and initiative
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Experience working with Agile methodology
• Native-level English or very high proficiency
• Strong computer skills and ability to self-learn tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, SAP, Grafana, Jira, AI tools
