About The Position

As an R&D Group Leader at Personetics, you will manage multiple teams and lead the development of a key B2B web application. You’ll drive technical excellence, guide architecture and processes, and work closely with Product and Customer teams to deliver impactful solution

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of one of the company’s most stratigical B2B product – customer facing web application.
• Manage and coach a group of team leads and developers across backend, frontend, and QA.
• Establishing, Guiding and Enforcing Team & Culture Leadership – Set the tone for a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance engineering culture.
• Leads by example in promoting openness, ownership, and continuous improvement across the team.
• Ensure alignment between business priorities and technical execution.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Customer teams to plan and deliver high-impact features.
• Shape engineering standards, architecture, and development processes.
• Hold a deep technical understanding of the product.
  
  

• 4+ years of experience as an engineering leader.
• 4+ years of Hands-on experience in web-development and web technologies. 4-5 years.
• Proven ability to manage managers and grow engineering organizations effectively. Group leading experience of at least 4-5 years.
• Comfortable driving delivery and change in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Skilled at aligning cross-functional teams and communicating technical direction clearly.
• Committed to building a strong, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
• Strong understanding of TypeScript, JS, Java, and modern client-side frameworks such as React or AngularJS.
  
  

• Experience in fintech or B2B SaaS environments
• Familiarity with a variety of testing frameworks across frontend, backend, and integration levels.
• Experience managing hybrid or distributed team.
