Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Head of Data Science and AI. The Head of Data Science and AI will lead and oversee data-driven projects, develop and implement AI strategies, and work on statistical modeling to enhance various educational initiatives. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data science solutions, designing experiments, analyzing large datasets, and presenting findings to stakeholders. The individual will also be responsible for mentoring and developing the data science team.
Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Data Science
- Expertise in Statistics and Statistical Modeling
- Exceptional Analytical Skills
- Experience with AI strategies and implementation
- Excellent leadership and team development abilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and lead remote teams
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience in the education sector is a plus
