We're looking for a passionate and experienced Technical Learning Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in empowering our customers and users to maximize their adoption and utilization of JFrog's products. You'll be responsible for developing engaging training content, customer training operations, maintaining and optimizing our learning platforms, and continuously enhancing the overall customer learning experience.
As a Technical Learning Specialist in JFrog you will…
- Develop and Design Training Content: Create comprehensive and engaging training materials, including e-learning modules, video tutorials, and hands-on exercises, to support the adoption of JFrog's products
- Optimize Content: Regularly review and update existing training materials, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with product updates and customer feedback
- Manage Learning Platforms: Maintain and optimize our Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning platforms (badges, lab etc.). This includes content uploads, user management, performance monitoring, system integrations, data migration, and validation to ensure a seamless and effective learning experience
- Manage Training Events: Oversee the operational management of customer training events (virtual & hands-on), handling logistics, setup, registration, attendee management, and pre & post-event communications with participants and instructors
- Analyze Performance: Track and analyze training effectiveness metrics and KPIs, using data to identify areas for improvement and optimize future training initiatives
- Provide Customer Support: Manage direct support to customers via email, addressing training-related inquiries
- Drive Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead awareness campaigns for our customer training solutions. You'll collaborate closely with various internal teams, including Operations, Marketing, IT and Procurement, as well as with training vendors, to promote and implement continuous improvement processes
- Proven Experience: At least 4 years in a customer training, instructional design, or technical training role, preferably within a SaaS or software company
- LMS Expertise: 3+ years of experience managing Learning Management Systems (e.g., Skilljar, Docebo, Cornerstone) and proficiency with e-learning and video authoring tools
- Technical Proficiency: Strong technical skills in LMS administration, training operations, and reporting dashboards
- Data & Project Management: High familiarity with Salesforce and BI platforms, including the ability to export reports, coupled with strong project management skills and a hands-on, results-driven mindset, and exceptional attention to detail
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot system issues effectively
- Customer Focus: A strong customer-success mindset focused on driving adoption
- Adaptability: The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written), with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and understandable training materials
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Organizational development, Communications, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience
- Domain Knowledge (Plus): Experience with JFrog products or similar DevOps tools is a significant plus
