In one sentence: We are seeking a Vice President of Product Management for Data, AI & GenAI Platforms to lead the evolution of our enterprise data platforms and next-generation GAI capabilities. This is a pivotal leadership role in which you’ll shape the company’s AI and data platform offerings end-to-end.

What your job will look like:

• Define and lead the company-wide vision, roadmap, and strategy for data infrastructure, GenAI agent platforms, and AI-powered products, aligned with business priorities, customer value, and enterprise scalability.
• Lead a team of Product Managers, build and scale cross-functional teams (data and ML/AI engineering, platform architects, development teams) that deliver data products and agent-based experiences with measurable business outcomes.
• Set the methodology, culture, and processes of product management in the era of GenAI.
• Full responsibility from strategy and roadmap to feature, epic, backlog readiness, etc., and to ensure the right execution outcome.
• Partner with product and engineering leaders to integrate AI natively into product workflows, using data-driven prioritization and experimentation.
• Engage with customers, partners, and internal business units to identify pain points, define transformation opportunities, and validate AI-driven solutions.
• Be the internal and external evangelist for our data and AI/GenAI vision—representing thought leadership in executive forums, customer engagements, and industry discussions.
• Continuously scan market, technology, and ecosystem trends to evolve our AI strategy and maintain competitive advantage.

All you need is:

• 12+ years of experience in technology leadership, with a track record of building and scaling data or AI platforms, including hands-on experience earlier in your career in engineering, ML, or data science.
• Proven success as a VP or senior director owning strategic product and platform initiatives with large-scale business impact.
• Deep understanding of cloud data platforms, modern data stacks and ML/AI lifecycle.
• 5+ years leading ML and Data teams (and GenAI in the recent year(s)), including experience with LLMs, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and GenAI toolchains.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex product/tech portfolios, and operate under ambiguity and scale.
• Outstanding communication and influencing skills—capable of aligning execs, customers, and delivery teams around a unified vision.
• Experience defining KPIs and success metrics across experimentation, adoption, model performance, and ROI.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred:

• Experience launching enterprise GenAI platforms or data products in SaaS or telecommunications domains.
• Familiarity with billing systems, CRM, commerce flows, and operational automation.
• Knowledge of responsible AI practices and enterprise AI risk frameworks.
