We're hiring a Digital Advertising Manager to lead performance-driven ad campaigns from end to end — from big-picture strategy to hands-on execution.

This role is for someone who’s just as comfortable building a full-funnel media plan as they are optimizing ad sets, analyzing ROAS, and briefing high-converting creatives.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Lead paid media strategy and execution across platforms: Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
• Manage media budgets and ensure efficient spend across channels
• Own reporting, tracking, and performance analysis with a focus on ROI, LTV, and CAC
• Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to develop cohesive messaging and funnel strategy
• Keep up with trends, platform changes, and new ad formats to stay ahead of the curve

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Have 3+ years of experience managing paid digital campaigns
• Know how to build scalable campaigns from scratch and optimize existing ones
• Are strategic but hands-on — you can brief and build
• Have a strong understanding of analytics, attribution models, and customer journeys
• Communicate clearly, think critically, and execute fast
