We’re looking for a highly motivated and technically skilled AI Program Manager to spearhead our internal AI initiatives across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to drive impact at scale — aligning cutting-edge AI technologies with practical business outcomes.

About the Role:

As our AI Program Manager, you’ll be the central point of contact for internal AI-related activities. You’ll work across IT and business units to ensure visibility, alignment, and execution of AI initiatives that drive measurable business value. This role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and managing AI agents using platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, or similar tools.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage the internal AI Program Office, driving transparency and alignment across all AI efforts.
• Coordinate cross-functional AI initiatives across business and IT units.
• Act as a strategic liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Track project progress, risks, budgets, and outcomes – and communicate them clearly to leadership.
• Define governance processes and best practices for AI initiatives, including KPIs and risk management.
• Facilitate decision-making forums and AI steering committees.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends and identify new opportunities to bring value to the organization.
• Apply hands-on expertise in AI agents, prompt engineering, and LLM lifecycle management.
• Translate AI potential into practical solutions – from idea to prototype to adoption.

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, especially within AI, data, or digital innovation - Must
• Proven hands-on experience with AI agent platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, n8n, or similar) - Must
• Deep understanding of AI technologies, ML basics, and data science principles - Must
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams.
• Skilled in bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• A clear communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Passionate about AI, continuously following industry trends and exploring new possibilities.
