Job description

We are looking for a talented research engineer with the combination of technical skills and a love for data, to create, facilitate, and maintain groundbreaking work. At the intersection of machine learning, GenAI, ML-Ops and data engineering, you will have the opportunity to work closely with multiple data bases and cloud services, visualizing, and analyzing data, as well as training and evaluating state-of-the-art deep learning models.

We expect an independent engineer that can tackle complicated settings, explain, and his plan, and finally execute in a high-stakes production environment where accuracy and precision are crucial for maintaining our customers perfect experience.

The work is hybrid – 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home

Experienced python developer – experience developing software in python, training models, using trained models, data carpentry, preprocessing and analysis in python.

ML-Ops experience, deploying and serving models on the cloud.

Using GenAI for both working efficiently and providing new experiences to our customers.

Experience with cloud – a developer that has experience working with AWS or other cloud providers, connecting to and utilizing multiple services.

Maker – the ideal candidate does not shy away from different services he is not familiar with but views them as an opportunity to learn and get more experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop end to end systems, tailored to specific project needs, to train and serve production level ML models in a high stakes environment.
• Develop and deploy code to production, using GenAI , improving existing solutions and create new services from scratch
• Interface with multiple data storage services to continuously create and improve processes that ingest high dimensional data from cloud systems.
• Work closely, as part of the same team with data scientists on complex problems
• Build process to train models and predict at scale.
• Analyze rich data from multiple sources to check and recheck our assumptions, define customer needs and shape our plans and vision.
• Help ensure that the quality of our algorithms’ output remains high over time and for all our customers.
• Facilitate continuous learning by everyone on the team (including models)

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience working as an applied researcher or research engineer. - Must
• Fluent in python - Must
• Java and other languages – Must.
• Good understanding of ML processes - Must
• An independent and analytical thinker, capable of running unstructured evaluation processes, finding noteworthy phenomena, experimenting, and getting back to the team with conclusions - Must
• Ability to learn and work with different storage types in the cloud, with the sole purpose of making advanced research possible.
• Experience working in an agile environment
