About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and people-driven Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global HR team, This is a key operational role supporting over 1,000 employees worldwide.

You’ll be responsible for managing and supporting the global recruitment process, ensuring that hiring managers have everything they need- from job postings to tracking progress. This isn’t your typical recruiter role- beyond full-cycle hiring, you’ll own our global recruitment boards, advise hiring managers, and optimize processes using data and tech.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the global recruitment boards on Monday.com, ensuring visibility, accuracy, and alignment with approvals and budget
• Lead and execute the end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Sourcing and Screening: social media, job boards, and employee referrals to find and attract high-quality candidates.
• Serve as the go-to person for hiring managers: provide tools, templates, training, and support throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Monitor recruitment pipelines, flag delays or gaps, and keep relevant stakeholders informed
• Partner with local HR teams across regions to maintain unified and consistent recruitment processes.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar recruitment or talent acquisition role
• Experience working in a global company – must
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Fluent English – both written and spoken
• Hands-on experience with Monday.com, HiBob, or similar HR platforms
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced, international environment
