Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and optimize the site’s EM program per EU GMP Annex 1
• Ensure robust contamination control strategy
• Investigate EM deviations and define CAPAs
• Support cleanroom & utility monitoring and classification
• Represent EM in audits and regulatory inspections
• Train staff in EM and aseptic techniques
Requirements:
• B.Sc. or higher in Microbiology, Biology, or related field
• 5+ years in sterile pharma/biologics under GMP
• Deep knowledge of EM, cleanroom standards, and Annex 1
• Strong data analysis & documentation skills
• Fluent in Hebrew & English
