A fast-moving, tech-driven division within a leading global insurance group is looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of a strategic B2C solution — from concept to real-world impact.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own and manage the product lifecycle end-to-end
• Lead cross-functional tech teams (development, QA, system analysis)
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and development plans
• Define and prioritize features aligned with business goals
• Serve as the product’s point of clarity and direction throughout delivery

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager
• Strong technical orientation and hands-on experience with tech teams
• Ability to turn complex requirements into simple, intuitive experiences
• Experience working with system analysts and translating business needs into specs
• Advantage: experience in fintech, insurtech, or other regulated environments
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps – a plus
