Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior EW System Engineer located in Holon, with some work-from-home options available. The Senior System Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex systems. Daily tasks include systems engineering, troubleshooting, providing technical support, and systems design. The role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure system reliability and performance.
Qualifications
System architecture definition and partitioning
Requirements management (DOORS, Jama, etc.)
Modeling and simulation tools (MATLAB, STK, Simulink)
Interface control and integration of multi-disciplinary subsystems: RF, mechanical, embedded software, signal processing
Knowledge of development cycles (V-model, Agile in defense)
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field
Experience in the defense industry is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
