AWS Utility Computing (UC) provides product innovations — from foundational services such as Amazon’s Simple Storage Service (S3) and Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), to consistently released new product innovations that continue to set AWS’s services and features apart in the industry. As a member of the UC organization, you’ll support the development and management of Compute, Database, Storage, Internet of Things (Iot), Platform, and Productivity Apps services in AWS. Within AWS UC, Amazon Dedicated Cloud (ADC) roles engage with AWS customers who require specialized security solutions for their cloud services.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Analyst to join our team. This role combines analytical expertise with practical problem-solving skills to manage and optimize inventory reconciliation processes. The ideal candidate will serve as a crucial link between operations and finance, ensuring accuracy in inventory management and reporting.

Key job responsibilities

• Execute month-end closing procedures with Finance department
• Identify, analyze, and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Perform regular inventory reconciliations and maintain accurate inventory records
• Communicate effectively with suppliers to resolve inventory issues
• Support team members with inventory-related queries

Basic Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in finance, planning, or business analysis
• Demonstrated experience with data analysis, reporting and Experience with data management and analysis tools including advanced Excel proficiency.

• Understanding of accounting principles
