FinOps Junior Associate

IsraJets is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented FinOps Junior Associate to join our growing team. This role is essential to ensuring the financial health, compliance, and operational efficiency of the company as we scale internationally. You will handle day-to-day financial activities while contributing to strategic financial planning and analysis.

🔍 Responsibilities:

Manage accounting and bookkeeping operations including invoicing, expense tracking, payroll coordination, and financial reconciliations.

Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes—ensuring timely collections and payments.

Monitor and manage cash flow to support ongoing business operations and financial stability.

Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements and reporting packages.

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to inform strategic decisions.

Ensure full compliance with financial regulations and internal controls; support audit preparations.

Contribute to risk management by identifying potential financial risks and supporting mitigation efforts.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to improve financial efficiency and reporting accuracy.

Utilize cloud-based tools and automation solutions to streamline finance workflows.

✅ Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is mandatory.

Fluency in English and Hebrew – written and spoken – is required.

1+ year of experience in a finance, accounting, or operations role (aviation or logistics experience is a plus).

Proficient with financial software and spreadsheets (QuickBooks, Sales Force, Excel, or similar tools).

Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
