Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a User Support Specialist at VYBS. The User Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and user support for VYBS’ users. The role is located in Tel Aviv District, Israel, with the option for some work from home.
Qualifications
- Troubleshooting skills
- Analytical Skills
- User Support experience
- Experience with mobile Computers
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
