Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Pharmacist located in Herzliya. The Clinical Pharmacist will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical care, including the preparation and dispensing of medications, compounding medications, and ensuring the safe and effective use of pharmaceuticals. Daily tasks include reviewing patient medication regimens, collaborating with healthcare providers, educating patients on their medications, and participating in rounds and clinical meetings to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Skills in Pharmacy Practice and Pharmacy
- Experience with Pharmaceutical Care and Medicine
- Proficiency in Compounding medications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team
- Relevant licensing and certifications in Clinical Pharmacy
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy or a related field is preferred
