• 8 years of experience leading a design brand, managing both marketing and creative
• Skilled in team leadership - including managing managers
• Hands-on experience in sales, building and running e-commerce platforms
• Addicted to that moment when a random idea in a meeting turns into something real
• Strong at ideation - and even stronger at execution
• Passionate about writing: graduated (with honors!) from a copywriting & creative program (the diploma lives on my fridge)
• Funny. At least to myself. Which, honestly, is what matters
• When I believe in the people and the brand I work for - I go all in
