We are a fast-growing startup building an innovative platform to enhance productivity through artificial intelligence. Our product is designed to streamline the daily workflows of modern teams - intelligently, efficiently, and data-driven.

We’re looking for a Full Stack Team Leader to join us on our journey and take ownership of end-to-end development - both technically and organizationally. This is a unique opportunity to join at an early stage, build infrastructure from the ground up, and make a real impact on the product, the team, and the company’s direction.

• Provide technical leadership for the development team, including planning, architecture decisions, and mentoring
• Lead advanced Full Stack development: new features, scalability, performance, and security
• Work closely with the founders to implement the company's technical vision
• Collaborate with product and design teams to create an exceptional user experience
• Establish high engineering standards and development processes
  

• 5+ years of Full Stack development experience, with a focus on complex web systems
• 2+ years of experience leading tech teams
• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript on the frontend
• Experience with Node.js / Python / Go on the backend
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure), CI/CD and DevOps tools
• Deep understanding of system architecture, scalability, performance, and security
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and build processes from scratch
