Vice President of Sales

We are a leading global technology company seeking a visionary Vice President of Sales to drive our international growth.

In this strategic leadership role, you will lead a small talented sales team, open new markets, and close high-value deals with clients across Asia, North America, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the company’s global sales strategy and execution across Asia, North America, and Europe.
• Identify and develop relationships with distributors in existing and new markets.
• Drive long-term, complex sales cycles and establish a strong presence in new territories.
• Manage and mentor a small sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
• Negotiate and close high-value international deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
• Represent the company at major industry events and client meetings worldwide.

Requirements:

• Proven success in international B2B sales; experience in advanced technology sectors is an advantage.
• Leadership experience in managing sales teams.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex solutions.
• English; additional languages an asset.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 40% of the time.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
