Now, we’re expanding our Talent team and looking for a dedicated, creative, and people-oriented Sourcer to join us.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Hunting the best tech minds: You'll proactively identify, research, and engage top-tier tech candidates across multiple domains (software, data, cybersecurity, etc.) for complex roles in diverse companies.
• Engaging passive talent: You'll craft personalized outreach messages and build long-term relationships with passive candidates across LinkedIn, GitHub, social platforms, and beyond.
• Managing end-to-end candidate experience: From initial resume screening, phone interviews, and evaluations to guiding them toward the right opportunity – you’ll be a trusted advisor every step of the way.
• Partnering with internal stakeholders: Collaborate closely with recruiters, team leaders, and account managers to understand client needs and deliver talent that sticks.
• Thinking outside the Boolean: We’re not looking for keyword matchers — we want someone who can think creatively, research deeply, and bring fresh sourcing strategies to the table.

What You Bring:

• Experience in recruitment, sales, customer success, or a similar people-focused role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you’re a natural relationship builder.
• High level of independence, drive, and motivation to succeed.
• Curiosity and a desire to learn the world of tech sourcing and recruitment.
• Team player attitude with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
