A fast-growing global SaaS company in the cross-border e-commerce space is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join its Product team. This is a unique opportunity to shape go-to-market strategy, strengthen sales alignment, and drive product positioning in a dynamic, international environment.

What You’ll Do

Market Research & Strategy

• Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and strategic opportunities.
• Use customer feedback and product data to inform messaging and product roadmap suggestions.
• Stay ahead of industry developments in e-commerce, SaaS, and cross-border trade.

Sales & Partner Enablement

• Build and maintain tools, presentations, and resources to support sales teams globally.
• Deliver training on product updates, key differentiators, and objection handling.
• Lead the rollout of new product features including launch plans, release notes, and internal/external communications.

Content & Collateral

• Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to create compelling materials such as case studies, one-pagers, and whitepapers.
• Ensure content aligns with brand tone and supports sales objectives across regions.

Positioning & Messaging

• Craft clear and differentiated product narratives tailored to various customer personas.
• Define value propositions and messaging frameworks that drive engagement and conversion.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA a plus).
• 3–5+ years in product marketing, preferably in e-commerce, Fintech, SaaS, logistics, or payments.
• Solid experience in B2B or B2B2C SaaS — required.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate insights into action.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas into meaningful business value.
