Project Lead Customer Relationship Management

A leading financial company is seeking a Project Manager for the Digital Department within the IT Division

Job Description:

• Analysis and specification of business requirements and processes for digital services and automation in the insurance domain
• Writing business and functional specifications, as well as technical specifications
• Close collaboration with software houses and development teams
• Planning and leading projects with development teams and business units, with overall responsibility for project implementation
• Managing project timelines, scope, risk, and change management
• Collaborating with business stakeholders and IT teams to drive digital initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems / Industrial Engineering and Management – mandatory
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the IT department of insurance/financial companies – mandatory
• Experience working with project management software – significant advantage
• Familiarity with SQL databases – advantage
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM – significant advantage
• Experience and familiarity with AS/400 (green screen) platforms in insurance companies – significant advantage
• Excellent interpersonal communication and a high level of service orientation.
