Training Coordinator

We are urgently seeking to fill the position of TRAINING COORDINATOR /Hybrid position

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Training Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of all the training activities, in particular:

• Maintains updated this document during the development of the Training Program
• Coordinate training Courses provided by Vendor and external training providers.
• Coordinates the preparation of all the Training materials and deliverables.
• Prepares and follows-up the Training courses.
• Supervises and monitors the Training performed by vendors and Contractor Instructors.
• Prepares and submits to COMPANY the Training progress reports.
• Prepare and keep updated the Training Schedule

CONTRACTUAL DETAILS:

• Location: Remote Working + Be'er Sheva /Haifa Fertilizer Plant
• Rotation schedule: 90 days on site /16 days home leave
• Working hours:

Remote: 8 hours/day - 5 days /week

Site: 10 hours/day - 6 days/week

• Availability: starting from September 1st, 2025
• Contract duration: 6 months with possible extension
