We're Hiring: Manual QA Tester – Digital, Web & Mobile

We are looking for a skilled Manual QA Tester Web & Mobile to join our growing QA team. If you're passionate about software quality and have experience in testing complex systems across web, mobile, and engineering platforms – we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing across Digital, Web, and Mobile environments
• Conduct sanity checks, client-side validations, and functional testing
• Execute UI and regression testing
• Create detailed and well-structured test cases (STD)
• Perform End-to-End, integration, and configuration testing
• Execute GUI and IVR testing
• Validate system performance under load and stress

Requirements:

• 3 Years experience with manual QA methodologies Web & Mobile - Must
• Hands-on experience with SQL and working with databases - Must
• Strong understanding of Windows OS environments - Must
• Familiarity with engineering systems – Must
• Experience using JIRA for test, bug, and task management - Must
• Knowledge of Postman or SoapUI for API/interface testing - Must
• Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
