AI Incubation Program Lead

About the Role

Clalit Innovation is leading the digital health transformation and innovation in Israel's largest healthcare organization.

We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead its pioneering AI Incubation Program — a first-of-its-kind initiative that empowers internal innovators and researchers to explore, test, and validate early-stage ideas for AI-based solutions that may become tomorrow’s tools.

You will be responsible for designing and delivering a structured training program and support Clalit innovators through the early stages of innovation — from identifying real needs to validating feasibility with real-world data.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Program Leadership & Training

• Plan and facilitate workshops, seminars, and 1:1 coaching on intrapreneurship best practices, system thinking, problem validation, solution ideation, and AI feasibility.
• Coordinate and guide participants through early decision points and various stakeholder validation — including whether AI is the right approach for their problem.

2. Personalized Support & Feasibility Exploration

• Provide support to graduates of the program and spontaneous grassroots ideas from the field, facilitating early-stage feasibility assessments of new ideas.
• Serve as the liaison between innovators and internal experts in data, regulation, AI ethics, IT, AI developers and product managers, clinical operations and more.

3. Organizational Ecosystem Coordination

• Cultivate a community of practice among AI activity leads across Clalit’s hospitals and regions.
• Build internal partnerships and mobilize stakeholders to share knowledge, and accelerate promising initiatives.
• Support intrapreneurs in navigation through a complex processes and internal regulation

What You Bring

• 3–5 years Experience leading structured innovation training programs, facilitating intrapreneurs along their innovation journey
• 3-5 years experience mentoring individuals and teams through early-stage ideation and experimentation processes
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with tech experts, data teams, data scientists, product managers or AI practitioners in a data driven environment
• Exceptional facilitation and communication skills in Hebrew and English
• Ability to build coalitions and operate effectively in complex, matrixed organizations
• Talent for translating complex ideas into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
• Confidence in holding space for ambiguity, curiosity, and creative exploration in facilitated sessions
• Advantage: background in healthcare innovation
