A fast-growing and innovative industrial company is looking for a highly motivated and talented Information Systems Team Lead to take full ownership of our Priority ERP system.

Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of the Priority ERP system: process analysis, development, implementation, and ongoing support.
- System development: forms, procedures, reports, business rules, and integrations.
- Collaborate with all departments to identify needs and deliver effective tech solutions.
- Manage a small team — set priorities, delegate tasks, and monitor progress.
- Maintain system health, manage user permissions, and provide technical support.
- Interface with external vendors and IT service providers.
- Support IT infrastructure and helpdesk operations in collaboration with our external IT partner.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 3 years of hands-on Priority development experience – forms, procedures, reports, business rules, and integrations – required.
- experience in system implementations and process leadership in Priority ERP – required.
- Strong knowledge of Priority ERP, SQL, and Microsoft Office.
- Team management experience – an advantage.
- Fluent in English (written & spoken).
- Strategic mindset, leadership capabilities, initiative, and business-oriented thinking.
