About the Role

The developer will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and enhancement of BI processes within the organization, and will work closely with various departments to implement new cross-organizational BI processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain reports and applications in Power BI for data analysis, insight visualization, and improved decision-making.
• Optimize processes and write efficient queries to ensure high system performance.
• Integrate data from various systems into the company's BI platforms.
• Manage and enhance analysis and reporting processes for internal teams and project managers.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand business requirements and translate them into BI solutions.

Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of experience in BI roles – must
• 2+ years working with Power BI – must
• Strong SQL experience with ability to write and optimize advanced queries – must
• ETL process development using SSIS – must
• Experience with organizational data warehouse migrations – preferred
